How do you access the content?
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to our platform, where all content will be available to you right after logging in. Depending on the plan you choose, the corresponding content (Project Files/Blueprints) will be unlocked for you. In addition, you can download the blueprints as a handy PDF so that you can access them flexibly at any time—whether online or offline, on your phone, tablet, laptop, or PC. A print option is not available, as the interactive building blocks only work digitally.
How do the coins work?
Our coins are your access to all Project Files. If you’re a Monthly member, you receive 10 coins per month - each download equals one coin. After 30 days, your coins automatically refill, allowing you to start fresh every month. As a Lifetime member, you have unlimited coins and therefore unlimited access to all Project Files - anytime, with no limits.
Where can I find my invoices?
Your invoice will always be sent to you by email immediately after purchase.

How do I return my purchased item?
When customers order digital content such as our Project Files or Blueprints online, they generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This is often a nuisance for retailers, as there is extreme potential for abuse. In theory, customers have enough time to download the content and then declare their withdrawal and demand a refund. However, the legislator provides retailers with a legal tool to avoid this. The right of withdrawal may expire under the conditions of §356 (5) BGB if the trader has begun to perform the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader may begin to perform the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal by agreeing to the commencement of the performance of the contract. This means that after being informed by the opt-in box, the buyer loses their right of withdrawal under Section 356 (5) BGB at DrillUp and can no longer receive a refund for the item in order to prevent potential abuse.
