Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For contracts involving the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
1. We have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may start performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. you have confirmed that, by starting performance, you lose your right of withdrawal.
At DrillUp, this consent is given automatically upon completion of the purchase or subscription process, as access to the digital content is provided immediately after payment.
Once access has been granted, withdrawal is excluded.

Effects of Withdrawal
